ADVANCED ATHLETICS CLASS - Come take the challenge. You will be tested and tried in every class. You will increase your endurance, test your strength and go fast. This class is a combination of advanced barbell skills, upper and lower body movements.
Medium to Advanced fitness level required.
To perform like an athlete, you’ll need to stay hydrated. Every class will focus on strength, barbell technique and endurance, so make sure you bring your energy.
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes.
We suggest arriving about 15 minutes early for your session. This will give you a chance to meet your coach.
So as not to disrupt the group, you will not be allowed to join your session if you are more than 5 minutes late.
