To perform like an athlete, you’ll need to stay hydrated. Every thunder class will have you sweating and smiling, so make sure you bring your energy.
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes.
We suggest arriving about 15 minutes early for your session. This will give you a chance to meet your coach.
So as not to disrupt the group, you will not be allowed to join your session if you are more than 5 minutes late.
